PS3-Exclusive Saint Seiya is going to blow your socks!



The latest issue of Japanese magazine V-Jump has brought a hot information for fans of Saint Seiya: The famous anime will receive a new version of game, this time on the PlayStation 3. According to the publication, Saint Seya Senki (which means something like "Saint Seiya Chronicles") is the name of the game and it's scheduled for the PlayStation 3, at the hands of the publisher Namco Bandai.

The game is slated for release this year and will take the action of the series to Sony's console. Also according to information disclosed, Saint Seiya Senki game is a "cinematic action" in huge battlefields. In the game, the characters face hordes of enemies that fill the screen. For description, reminiscent of action games like Dynasty Warriors.

As the first image released by the magazine reveals the characters confirmed so far are Pegasus Seiya, Phoenix Ikki, Andromeda Shun, and Shiryu Cygnus Hyoga Dragon. The knight gold Aldebaran in the constellation Taurus, is also confirmed, but it must be one of the enemies faced by riders. 


The story revolves around the saga known as "Sanctuary," where the characters break into a set of 12 zodiacal houses, each guarded by a knight of gold corresponding to a sign.

Although there are not many details about the gameplay. We know she will be in third person, with many right moves and special attacks, and an aid system that will show how the riders are partners in real-time combat.

In addition to marking the return of the heroes in video games, Saint Seiya Senki also marks the 25th anniversary of the launch of the manga and anime Saint Seiya, launched in 1986 in Japan along with the game, the company Toei program a new computer animated film graphics.
