Moments ago, Nintendo officially announced the Successor for Nintendo Wii: The WiiU!
Just as the rumors said it will be more powerful than the original Wii. The main feature is the controller, which looks like a tablet with a screen of 6.2 inches and has the ability to "carry" the game to TV inside, besides functioning as a secondary camera for games (or a menu screen, for example). The control also enables video calls, browsing the Internet and send those images back to the TV.
A number of games were announced for the console:

Batman: Arkham City
Assassin’s Creed
Darksiders 2
Dirt
Aliens: Colonial Marines
Ghost Recon Online
Metro: Last Light
Ninja Gaiden: Razor’s Edge
