Samurai Warriors 3 Empires Revealed by a Retailer Pamphlet

After some rumors here and there, finally a confirmation of the second expansion of Samurai Warriors 3! It's time for Samurai Warriors 3 Empires, baby!

The Original Samurai Warriors 3 (Called Sengoku Musou 3 in Japan) was released first for the Nintendo Wii in December 2009. Then it was released the Samurai Warriors 3 Xtreme Legends expansion for Wii that added 3 "new" characters to the game, and then Samurai Warriors 3 Z that is SW3 and SW3XL combined in one game for the PS3.

Recently, KOEIWarriors.co.uk confirmed via Inspector Chin that SW3 Z/XL would not be going for a Overseas release, and sadly Empires may have the same fate as them. If you want to change this, help signing this petition by me: http://www.petitiononline.com/SW3ZXLE/petition.html

Samurai Warriors 3 Empires is set to be released in August in Japan, and it seems to be a PS3 Exclusive.

BLEACH SOUL RESURRECCIÓN - Lots of Info + Gameplay

Bleach: Soul Resurrección is a Hack-and-Slash Video Game based in the Bleach Universe. The Game recreates the events in Arrancars Arc until the end of Fake Karakura Town Arc. The game features a AMAZING Gameplay similar to Dynasty Warriors mixed with Naruto Ultimate Ninja STORM, filling your needs for both DW and NUNS (The Sims pun!) and delivering hours of action in your console. The Game is set to be released in Japan: June 23, North America: August 2, and Europe: September (?). Now take a look in the info I gathered for you, my readers!

Some weeks ago, NIS America announced that Bleach: Soul Ignition will get a translation for both America and Europe as Bleach: Soul Rusurrección, and the released this announced trailer.

Then, they announced at they would be at the London MCM Expo, showcasing the game and letting gamers play at Tecmo-KOEI booth. And someone record with a Cell-phone and uploaded to Youtube.

And last week, SONY revealed this video with details of Game Modes and Story of the game.

So far the game looks pretty good to me. But the character number may leave you depressed: 21.

So far the confirmed characters are:

Baraggan Luisenbarn
Byakuya Kuchiki
Coyote Starrk
Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez
Ichigo Kurosaki (Bankai)
Ichigo Kurosaki (Skull-Clad, from Movie 4)
Ichigo Kurosaki (Hollowfied)
Ichigo Kurosaki (Final Tensa Zangetsu Bankai Form)
Kokuto (the Bleach Movie 4 villain, also in the demo)
Rukia Kuchiki
Sajin Komamura
Sosuke Aizen
Soi Fon
Shunsui Kyoraku

Toshiro Hitsugaya
Ulquiorra Cifer
Uryu Ishida
Yammy Llargo

And the Characters to be Announced are:

Gin Ichimaru
Kenpachi Zaraki
Nnoitra Gilga
Yoruichi Shihoin

Still, it seems that other characters may appear as NPCs or through DLC.

What do you think of the Game so far?

WTF?! Portable Dreamcast coming to you in June!

Are you a SEGA fan? Love Dreamcast? Then you need to buy this one!
Is that Official, you ask? No. But If you want to play great titles such as Shenmue, Sonic Adventure and Crazy Taxi, you'll need to open your wallet and pay ¥38,000 at PachimonTV in June! Just buy and enjoy the good ol' days... And send me a Review!

Grand Theft Street View

Now you walk through the streets of GTAIV without even playing the game! GTAIV.net assembled over 80000 screenshots and created a Street View Map of the World of GTA!

The feat was accomplished by GTA4.net community site, which recently added this tool to the interactive map of GTA IV based on Google Maps, which already existed there. "All the streets are there, except for some ramps that were not very interesting, " says Adam, the GTA4.net. "They were created about 3,000 to nearly 80,000 small screen panoramas captured the game (via a script), and the end result is more than one million images. "

Then pay a visit to Liberty City neighborhoods, and review of the beloved city by the look of Niko Belic - also I heard that there are some good easter eggs to be discovered there.

Take a look here: http://www.gta4.net/map/

Huge 20 Minutes Final Fantasy Type-0 Gameplay

Any question of how Final Fantasy Type-0 is? Then enjoy this 20 Minutes Gameplay Video!

What I expect from SONY PSP Remaster Series for PS3

In case you don't know, SONY announced it's PSP Remaster Series for PS3 - Basically Great PSPs Games released with new textures, extras and in HD! So far, the only confirmed games are Monster Hunter Portable 3rd and God of War Portable Collection (This one via rumors).

But do we really want what games to be re-released? In my case it's far more than that. What do I expect then, you ask? Let's see!

1. Quality Over Quantity

I don't care if they release all the games, but I expect those to have quality and real HD Graphics and Textures and lots of extra content.

2. Good Titles, Not Crap

Monster Hunter Portable 3rd has been a great choice from SONY, but I fear this may be the only one. GOW is a game I can't play because it's not my style. I'll be greedy in this one, and I expect Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker, Yakuza Tales: Black Panther, .Hack//LINK and Bleach Heat the Soul 7 to name a few.

3. NGP Compatibility

The NGP is getting a release in December, I'm almost sure of this. SONY must put some kind of system that allow us to transfer the Remastered PSP games in our NGP! The NGP is almost a PS3! It's POSSIBLE!

What do you think of this? Any PSP game you want to see in PS3?

Yakuza of the End - Zombies with Stylish Caps

As everyone knows, the recommended technique to put and end to a mean hungry zombies is a Head Shot. Everyone knows that right? Yakuza of the End makes this process a bit easier with caps in the heads of those who want to eat your flesh.

In collaboration with the Hat Brand Overdrive, Of the End's Zombies will be wearing this stylish cap designed by Overdrive. The letters "MT" is a short form to Millennium Tower, which is a location in the game. You can even buy one if you want, just go to Japan and pay salty ¥4,515 at June 9 in the game release!

 More Screens!

Damn, HOW I LOVE YAKUZA SERIES! <3

3 of the Best Post-Apocalypitic Games EVER

According to that Crazy Weirdo Harold Camping, the World begins to end today. In honor of his mathematic insanity, I'll post a list of the best Post-Apocalyptic Games EVER! Ha ha ha ha ha ha!

3. METRO 2033

You're named Artyom.  You live in a Underground Metro Station in a Post-Apocalyptic Russia. You must travel through territories infested with Soviets, Nazis and Grotesque Creatures called the "Dark Ones", with little to no ammunition, with the objective to is to reach the Polis Station and fire a missiles to destroy the dreadful creatures. It's one hell of a atmosphere in this game!

The World has been destroyed by a Nuclear World-War, and the survivors need to fight to survive in the ruins of this former world. There's no ammo, food, water and things you need to survive, the only way to get anything of that is going to the outside and fight for the resources against all kinds of monsters, rebels and etc.

The Survival Horror combined with the FPS Shooter Experience make this game the number 3 in the rank of Post-Apocalyptic Games.

The Game is based in the novel of the same written by Dmitry Glukhovsky. It's a good reading If you like Horror books!

2. Resistance: Fall of Man (Series)

The Game's story takes place in Britain, 1951. You are the Sgt. Nathan Hale, and humanity has fallen. After an Attack of Creatures called Chimera, most of the planet has been taken and it's up to you to put an end to the invaders.

The Atmosphere of the game is AMAZING! You really feel that most of the humanity has been wiped out by the creatures! There are destroyed buildings everywhere, abandoned cars and vehicles, and the world is in ruins! The Number of Weapons in pretty impressive ranging from Shotguns and Pistols to Laser Weapons!

This Incredible Series gets the Number 2 in our list!

1. Disaster Report (Series)

Technically, it's not Post-Apocalyptic Setting but it's one hell of a game! All the games in the series take place after a big disaster. You have to use your skills to find a secure escape route, while you rescue more survivors. In the recent Disaster Report 4 (Sadly, Canceled for now), you will use the PS Move to lift ruble, metal and other things to help your character proceed in the game.

With the Chaotic Setting of a Disaster, this AWESOME game gets the 1st Place on our list!

3 Classic PSX Games that Deserve a Remake

Yesterday I was looking to my old collection of PSX and I saw some games that made me the person I am! Then I had a idea to make this post! These are the games that, in my opinion, deserve a remake!

3. Digimon World 3

This is a game that beats any Pokemon game! The game has the concept of a Online Game that ends taken over by malicious virus, and it's the job of the player to defeat all of them and help everyone log-out the game. Similar to .Hack//, don't you think?

The Gameplay was pretty similar to the Pokemon Games, but it had a unique feel that made it different. You could spend hours training your Digimon to unlock new Digivolutions or just go and play some Digicard game! It doesn't matter how you played the game, it was AWESOME either way!

2. Final Fantasy VII

This was the epitome of the Final Fantasy Series. It had everything: Great Story, Original Characters, Hours of Fun and Lots of Extra Quests! The Gameplay was not that original, but it was really fun!

Final Fantasy VII is a game that will be remembered forever for all the epic scenes and characters...

1. Chrono Cross

As much as I love FFVII, Chrono Cross is the game that has a special place in my heart!

By the time Chrono Cross was released, it was the only game with concept of traveling to Another Dimension, and met with Another Version of the characters! It was AMAZING! The story had great twist and hours of alternatives quests!

The game had hours of a great and interesting story, flowing gameplay and charismatic characters, making it one of best games of the PSX! Also, the game had wonderful graphics that were compared to the not-so-earlier PS2 games! Chrono Cross is the game worth to have a remake and a example of what happens when a sequel is better than the Original Game!

How to put an End to your XBOX360

Microsoft confirmed the rumours about the latest update may turn your console into a useless piece of trash, losing the support to read all kinds of discs. According to Microsoft, this mostly happens with older consoles, when updating to the new XGD3 Media Disc that adds 1GB to the current Media Discs. SAY GOODBYE, PIRACY!

But rejoice! If the update destroys your console, Microsoft will replace your console with a brand new XBOX360 SLIM WITH 250GB HD! I bet everybody wants this update to fuck with your console just to get a new one!

NEW God of War to be Announced Soon

According to one of the SONY Taiwan personel, a new God of War game is coming soon!

No, it's not GOW4 but God of War Portable Collection that includes the 2 PSP Games (God of War Chains of the Olympus and God of War Ghost of Sparta), with new HD Textures and better graphics. You who don't own a PSP will have the opportunity to enjoy these 2 games in your PS3!

Kojima and the Final Fantasy VII Remake!

Metal Gear creator Hideo Kojima, Square Enix producer/artist Tetsuya Nomura, Square Enix CEO Yoichi Wada and Metal Gear art director Yoji Shinkawa had dinner earlier today. What's up with that, you ask? Well they had a interesting talk about a topic everyone wants to know!

According to Kojima, they talked about a Final Fantasy VII remake! After Kojima Tweeted that he was in a dinner meeting with the three legends of the gaming world, a follower asked that he tell Nomura to remake FFVII. "I passed it along," replied Kojima. Maybe he was joking, or could he be serious? Only time will tell!

Other things Kojima said he passed along are "Hurry up and release Kingdom Hearts 3D," "I know it's tough for Square Enix, but you can do it!" and "Tell Wada I'm waiting for Seiken Densetsu/Secret of Mana 5." Kojima did not pass along the message "I'm looking forward to the new Zelda game" that someone for some reason asked him to mention.

Kojima also told Tetsuya Nomura to get a Twitter account. Ha ha ha ha! This was EPIK!

While the actual topics of conversation during the meeting are probably secret (they may have just been having a friendly dinner -- it happens sometimes), we do know what was on the menu. According to Yoichi Wada's Twitter, two people had cola while two people had alcohol.

Review - Dynasty Warriors 7

As a Fan of the Dynasty Warriors Series, I cannot allow myself to not review this new installment in the series!

Dynasty Warriors 7 is a stepping stone for the series, as it takes a new direction with the new Jin Kingdom and the Return of the Kingdom Story Mode from DW4. There are several new characters and a new system that allows you to equip two weapons at the same time.

In the Revamped Kingdom Story Mode, you select one of the 4 Main Kingdoms and fight for the Ideals of it's Ruler and for the Unification of China. But for someone that never played any of the games, it seems like a boring and repetitive storyline... You're wrong, my friend! OMEGA-Force manages to keep the Story and the Narrative interesting at all times with new stages and characters as they are incorporated in the story. But it lacks in two things: Characters and Stages. Most of the Story Modes focus in a limited number of characters and leave some of them without any stage or even out of the story! Also Characters from Others Category doesn't get a Story Mode too.

In the New Conquest Mode, this doesn't happen. Every Character in the game gets at least 2 Unique Stages! Most of the Legenary Stages are based in the Romance of the Three Kingdoms book or in KOEI's Original Story, providing the player with great stories and hours of fun. There are over 200 Stages in Conquest Mode, but most of them are short and doesn't provide much of a challenge. Conquest Mode is called the sucessor of the Free Mode, but it fails right there because it doesn't allow you to play Stages featured in Story Mode... At least there are lots of things to unlock in the cities of this mode such as Weapons, Guardian Animals, Allies and much more!

The Graphics got really better in compared to Dynasty Warriors 6. The use of high quality textures and great lightining effects, provide the player with a Movie-like experience combined with the control of camera and how story blends itself with gameplay. IT'S AMAZING! ... At least in the PS3 Version. In the XBOX360 one, the game suffers frenquent slowdowns, eternal loading screen and graphical bugs, and that's really annoying! One thing that KOEI should learn from this is *Flame Shield Up* if a game is a PS3 Exclusive in Japan, leave it that way or it'll end up with the same problems as the XBOX360 Version.

Now let's talk about Gameplay, shall we? The Return to the Charge System made me really hyped because it was a great system from the start and I seriously hated Renbu! Also, with the inclusion of the Dual Weapon, the player can turn a character that he judges a clone in a totaly unique with combinations of the 2 Weapons and the EX Attacks! I almost forgot to talk about the Two Musou Attacks that everyone gets! They are AWESOME! A Incredible display of AWESOMENESS!

One thing that impressed me was the size of the maps! They are Freaking Huge! You get your horse and it takes a long time through the wonderful landscapes the game has to offer!

When you are not tearing the enemies ranks, you can stop at the galleries and enjoy music, characters bios, movies and all sort of things!

With Improved Graphics, Enhanced Gameplay and Hours of Fun, Dynasty Warriors 7 gets a 9 out of 10! What that means to you? Buy it, Bastard! You won't regret it!

Piracy and the Companies

Piracy is an matter that makes the big companies in the world of video games shake in their socks. But the question is: Do we have much of a choice?

In countries where the government charges cruel taxes for original games and consoles, what would you do? Appeal to piracy of course! Go to a Alternative Store and buy a burned copy or a HDD with Several Games!

In Brazil for example, there are cities like mine that doesn't even sell Original Games because NO ONE wants to pay 250R$ (Or 185U$/125EUR$)... That's just unfair! It's like 80% of Taxes for a Single Game!

One of the motives that make people buy Pirated Games is the Low Price (They say it destroys your console, but that's a lie)... A XBOX360 Pirated Game is like 7R$ (Or 4U$/3EUR$) and a Wii Game is 4R$ (Or 2U$/1,50EUR$), that's really cheap, don't you think? PS3 Games are sold in External HDDs in Several Sizes... A 2TB HDD with nearly 220 Full Games is worth 600R$ (Or 369U$/259EUR$)!

To effectively combat Piracy, Gaming Companies need to mobilize and do something! Open a Factory in Brazil, China, Paraguay etc... The Government of such countries don't even do anything about it... Either way their pockets will be full of Money, Dirty or Not...

In my Opinion, Gaming Piracy will exist forever... But if the companies develop some kind of system that connects with a satellite and allows you to play all the games from a remote server just for a monthly tax, that would be a fatal blow in the flag and heart of the Piracy. DON'T STEAL MY IDEA, COMPANIES!

So, what's your opinion about piracy?
